Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Kong Kong

I can apply for VOA in Shenzhen if my route is Hong Kong to Shenzhen 3 days and return to Hong Kong?

Yes, of course you can do that. It is important to know that you can use only three border crossings to enter Shenzhen where Luohu (Lo Wu) is probably the most convenient. It is important to arrive early in the morning in order to avoid major queues. The price is 130 CNY and it should be paid by card i.e. in a cashless form. After your stay in Shenzhen, you can take any border crossing and any mean of transport to return back to Hong Kong, high speed train included.
