Visa on Arival for Philippine Passport Holder at Lo Wu

I am a Filipino, working here in Hong Kong as Domestic Helper, I want to see the windows of the world again in Shenzhen. I was issued a Shenzhen visa way back in 2007. I wonder if I Am eligible for VOA at Lo Wu this time. Thank you in advance for your answer.
