About:Hong Kong to Guangzhou Ferry

requirement of PAR form for transit from hongkong airport to guangzhou via ferry

i am travelling from india and i am indian, do i need to fill par form to transit from hongkong airport to guangzhou via ferry?

The immigration department of HK says that you do not need to apply for PAR if you are in direct transit by air and will not leave the airport transit area. It seems that only the flight transfer passengers are free of PAR from. I think you may need to fill the form as you are transferring to a ferry.
