About:Hong Kong to Guangzhou Ferry

PAR

I am flying from India to hongkong
taking ferry to mainland china from hongkong airport ferry skypier
do I need to apply PAR
I have travelled before but not needed PAR

So you won't enter HK and will go through the closed channel to Sky Pier for the ferry to mainland China? Then you don't need the PAR.
