China Local Number Phone Cards at Airport

Can foreigners buy a China local number phone card somewhere at Xian XIY Airport after arrival? If so, at what location of the airport, any details about the card including how much it will cost? Thank you

Sorry I found no place to buy a phone card inside the airport. You can go to the China Mobile or China Telecom in the downtown to buy one. The price depends on the package you choose.
