About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

My Filipino friend overstayed in China

Hello guys, i have a friend that got arrested for over staying in China for less than a year. How long will it usually takes the detention period? I know her boss and said they already paid her fines for about 10000 RMB but until now she's still in the detention area in Wuhan for almost two months now. As visitation is not allowed, is there other way i can do to help her out fast? I'm just worried. And After paying fines what should be the next move? Please guide me guys she's a good friend of mine. Thanks!

There may be some other troubles as the longest detention is 15 days as I know. You may find a lawyer for her. She may be repatriated after the detention.
