About:Visa on Arrival

Domestic Helper in Hong Kong

Hello, I came from Philippines but currently working in Hong Kong as a Helper. I plan to visit shenzhen can I get a VOA? If so what are the requirements I need to prepare? Thanks

You should arrive at the border with your passport and the proof of your Hong Kong residency. You do not need anything beside that. You will pay 130 CNY for a visa in cashless form (by card). When you arrive at the border crossing you will fill out a form, an official will take a photo and you will be fingerprinted. After that, the visa will be granted and you will enter Shenzhen for a stay of up to 5 days long.

Hi, does this also can apply to Indonesian domestic helper who works in HK? Because i would love to visit my friends in Shenzen for 2 or days. Thank you?

Yes, it does. Your chances to be granted a Shenzhen VOA at the border crossing are very good and the price is the same - 130 CNY paid by card.
