About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I am planning fly with family Jakarta to Dubai via shenzen transit TWOV

Hi, I come from Indonesia planning fly with family Jakarta to Dubai via shenzen transit TWOV,
for me and family is eligible for TWOV ? if eligible, what document need to prepare, and lugage can I keep or need to bring, as per ticket booking transit around 11 hours. any idea for public transportation airport shenzen ?

Budiman, your itinerary is definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit in Shenzhen and you do not need any kind of visa. In other words, if you plan to stay airside (transit area of the airport), you will not be a subject to immigration and customs control. However, if you plan to exit the airport, the first thing you will do after the landing is to approach transit counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit by presenting your flight tickets. Whether the permits will be granted to you depends on discretionary decision by an airport official on the day. Hopefully, they will be granted and after that you can proceed toward the immigration in order to explore the city for some time. The best way to reach the center of Shenzhen from the airport is by taking a metro.
