Yes, your chances to get a Shenzhen visa on arrival, preferably at Lo Wu (Luohu) border crossing is very good. The price is 130 CNY, it should be paid in cashless form and you are advised to be early at the border crossing, preferably at least at 08:30 to avoid the queues that will follow.
