Belgian citizen needs visa to enter China from Hongkong?

Hello, I am a Belgian citizen and I would like to visit Hongkong and China. I recently learned that Belgian citizens do not need a visa to enter China for few days. My idea is to arrive to Hongkong from Belgium, visit Hongkong and then enter China. Do I need a special visa to enter China from Hongkong?
