A question with the Z visa application.

When I am asked the question about my last visa in China, I had a Humanitarian Visa T Visa. However, I see that there is no option for that visa in the application. This was back in November 2019 and it appears that type of visa is no longer around. Should I use my old Z visa information or select another option?
