2 High Speed rail stations in Kunming

Are there 2 High Speed stations in Kunming? One is Kunming and another is Kunming South. Which is a better train station to take from the airport?

Kunming Railway Station is closer to the airport. You can take airport shuttle bus line 2 to the station.

Do u know what time is the earliest airport shuttle available from Kunming airport? I need to take the train at 7am. How much is the shuttle fare? What is the time taken from airport to Kunming railway station?
