About:How to Travel from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen

Hong kong airport to shenzhen

Hello we are from Belgium and the Netherlands. Normally in 2024 we do not have to get visa to go to mainland china.
We are going to land in hong kong and are going to travel by taxi or bus to shenzhen. How does the costum at het border takes place? Do they check luggage in taxi or bus or....passport...? How long does that take?

If you take the cross-border bus, you will need to get off the bus to go through the China customs and immigration at the port. If you take MTR, you will choose the foreigner channel to go through the check at the port like Luohu and Huanggang port. And to use the city bus and taxis to the ports, you will also go through the checks and after entering Shenzhen, take the transportation there. The time depends on the lines and is hard to say, maybe 10-60min.
