Within a year, to Stay in China for 9 months is considered as 9x30=270 days ?

Not always. Some months have 31 days and February has 28 or 29 days. For example, from Jan. 1 to Oct. 1 in 2024, 9 months and 274 days. I've heard that some foreigners in China overstayed for one day or two because of not realizing 31-day months.0
