Tax refund and resident permit

Hello, I have a temporary resident permit (1 year) in China but leave the country regularly (never stay more than 183 days consecutively in China). I just made a bigger purchase that I will bring to my home country when I go there for vacation in a few days, can I claim a tax refund even though I have a temporary resident permit in my passport or can this cause any issues?

I see no limitations on a foreigner with a resident permit claiming a tax refund, so you can as long as you stay no more than 183 days consecutively.
