Visa in FOC

Hello,

I have a 4hours stop in Fuzhou, between a flight from Paris and another to Bangkok. Do I need to have a visa ? Is it ok for 24h visa or a 72h one ?

I just read here (https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/free-transit-24hour.htm) that passengers transiting through Fuzhou airport all need a visa no matter how long the layover is...
