Tax refund transit

Good afternoon, will I be able to get a tax refund if I am flying via Sanya - Guangzhou - Moscow transit? If so, where do I need to present my documents and purchases, and where will I receive a refund?

You may submit the tax refund application form and the invoice to the China Customs of Guangzhou airport to get your refund.
