hi... can shanghai public transportation card be used at another city like hangzhou or suzhou? or i must buy another city public transportation card again?

Normal card can only be used in Shanghai, but the card with China T-Union on it can be used in over 300 cities.

You can buy one at the service center or the self-service machines of many metro stations. And you will also need to buy one for your children.
