Do Canadians need a visa to go to Zhuhai via shuttle bus from Hong Kong? If so, can I get it from the HZMB port?

Yes, Canadians need a visa, but as you have written, it can be obtained at visa office at HZMB port. All you need is your passport and you will have to pay a fee of 541 CNY, preferably by card.

How about at Gongbei and Hengqin port? Do all visa on arrival cost the same at these ports?
