Day trip from Hong Kong to Shenzhen

We're couple holding Germany and Malaysia passport. We are staying in Hong Kong, but we would also like to do a day tour to Shenzhen from Hong Kong and come back on the same day. Would it be possible without a visa?

Of course. Both Malaysian and German citizens can enter China absolutely visa free for stays of up to 15 days. Since Shenzhen is integral part of mainland China, your visa free right is valid also in this mainland Chinese city. Also, your best way to reach Shenzhen is by taking a high speed train from West Kowloon station in Hong Kong. Enjoy your trip.
