About:Visa on Arrival

Aus transit through shanghai to shenzhen 3 days

Am flying Australia to Shanghai (layover only) then to Shenzehn. Arrive midnight. Am I eligible for VOA going through Shanghai? Also ,site says VOA airort office closes 5pm. Options?

You are not eligible for the 5-Day VOA. If you fly directly to Shenzhen then you can apply for the 5-Day VOA.
