I want to buy round trip ticket for A21 bus before 8am, what time does the Service Center open?

The Citybus website seems to indicate that the Customer Service opens at 8am. Will I be able to buy a round trip A21 bus ticket if I get there at 6am?

I'm not clear about that but it is possible to buy a ticket when getting on the bus.
