About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 Visa free

I am U.S. citizen. My returning trip is from Taipei transfer stop at Hong Kong then back to U.S. I am planning to stay at HK for 2 nights from Taipei and then take trains to Shenzhen or Guangzhou for another 2 nights. Head back to New York City from Hong Kong. Total spending 4 nights between my transfer stop at Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Am I qualified for 144 Visa free?

I'm sorry but it is not eligible for the 144-hour visa-free transit and you'd better apply for a China visa in advance. It is also possible to get a 5-day Shenzhen visa on arrival at Shekou, Luohu or Huanggang port, but with it, you can only stay in Shenzhen and taking bullet train is also not possible.
