About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Are 2 consecutive blank pages in passport still required for 144-hour visa free transit?

Hi - thanks for the very useful information!
If applying for a tourist or business visa for China, the requirement is for at least 2 consecutive blank pages in passport (i.e. one page for the visa sticker, one page for stamping). Would this still be required under the 144-hour visa free transit? I have a couple almost-blank pages but not consecutive...

It will be fine with two pages in a non consecutive way. In reality, when you reach China, the authorities will have no other option, but to adapt and to use your blank or other pages. Also, they will almost certainly use the blank page located to the next page that is not entirely covered by stamps and they will stamp their stamp along with other stamps. Please, just do not worry, they will find the way how to perform their formalities for the mutual benefit.
