About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Xiamen

144 hours visa free for Singaporean

Hi I from Singapore understand that Singaporean got 15/30 day visa free so if I layover at Xiamen for 9 hours before flying to Kunming do I need to apply for 144 hours?
