shanghai metro transportation card

Question

Hi where can I purchase the shanghai metro transportation card since there is no train ticket office at the airport like in Beijing? Is there a 3 day unlimited travel card available to purchase at metro station.Can I use Wechat to pay for hotels apart from Alipay?thanks.

I am also searching for the Shanghai Metro 3-Day Pass.So far, Klook.com offers a 1-day Pass, and it is unavailable.I will keep an eye on this webpage, someone may provide a helpful answer.We need to buy these at the Pudong Airport in the (near) future.
