Actually, there is no 144 hour visa, but I assume that you are thinking about 144 hour visa free transit... This is not possible, but you can rely on 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival. In other words, immediately upon your landing into Hong Kong airport, you will not cross Hong Kong immigration, but you will proceed to Skypier and take a ferry directly to Shekou port in Shenzhen.
Upon arrival in Shekou port in Shenzhen, you will apply at visa office for 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival. The price for Polish citizens is 275 CNY. You will pay with your card. One very important detail is that Shekou opening hours are: 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30. This is important because if your arrival is outside of the opening hours, you will have to stay overnight in Hong Kong and then depart for Shenzhen in the morning of the next day.
It is also very important detail that if you do not manage to reach Shenzhen immediately upon your landing at Hong Kong airport, you do not have to take a ferry tomorrow, but you can take a Hong Kong commuter train to Lo Wu border crossing where you will apply for a Shenzhen visa on arrival, but you should keep in mind that you will have to be there even a bit before 09:00 because of the high demand from others the long queues are a reality. Low Wu (Luohu) border crossing is open: 9:00 - 16:30.
You cannot take a through (high speed) train from Hong Kong to Shenzhen when applying for 5 days Shenzhen VOA, but after your stay in Shenzhen, you are allowed to return to Hong Kong by high speed train to West Kowloon station in Hong Kong.
