About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a business trip to Shanghai

I have flights booked and plan to fly CDG to Shanghai on the 22nd of Jan and the Shanghai to Amsterdam on the 26th. I am visiting for a business meeting. Am i able to use the 144hr transit allowance?

Of course, you are. You should just take care that your flights: Amsterdam to Shanghai and Shanghai to Paris do not have any additional landing of any kind! Also, there is no obstacle to use your visit for business purposes. This is perfectly within the rules of 144 hour visa free transit scheme.
