Is the Haikou Meilan Airport bus terminal located at Xinyuan Hotspring Hotel downtown?

What is the frequency of the bus service from downtown hotel to Haikou Meilan Airport ? Fare per pax for each direction ?

The airport bus generally departs between 06:30-20:30 with an interval of 20 minutes or so. It takes about CNY 9 per person.
