Coach Trasnfer from Haikou Meilan Airport to Wenchang Hotel

What is the cost of a 25-seater coach for a one-way transfer for 14 pax with luggage to City Comfort Hotel Premier, Wenchang?

I'm afraid that the transport you mentioned cannot work. You can take the airport shuttle bus Wenchang line to Wenchang Bus Station and take a taxi to your hotel to finish the final 2km.
