About:Visa on Arrival

Q2 Visa ( Family visit category)+ VOA

I am holding Q2 normal visa ( 2 entries only) to entry China 2 times already:
one is for landing , another one is for visiting Hongkong.

now I am stuck at Shekou port for coming back from visiting Macau. because my Q2 visa only allows me to entry China 2 times.

However my returned ticket is 2 weeks away (departure from Chengdu), can I get a 14 days VOA (without travel restriction) from Shekou port?

No, there is no such option. Also, you cannot be granted 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival if you already have a valid visit to enter China because it is not allowed and even it is not possible to have two concurrent Chinese visas in your passport.
