Multiple Tough Issues

I'm having 2 major dangerous surgeries in Jan and March 2024 with long difficult recoveries. I'm also in massive debt with only Social Security as income. I'm worried that income will stop if Republicans take control of the American government in 2024. I also have no contact with my only family left - sister, son and ex husband, and I'd like to see them again before one of us dies. What can I look forward to in 2024?
