Travel with bullet train

Hi,

We travel in february with a bullet train (high speed) from Lijiang to Dali and from Dali to Kunming. My travel bag is 74x48x29 = 151cm in total. It’s 20kg.
I read that to total size of baggage on a bullet train is 130cm in total.

Does anybody know if this is true?

Generally, this is a true rule but it won't be so strict. You can probably take it to board the train.
