About:Hong Kong to Guangzhou Ferry

IF we take the ferry from Pazhou to HK airport, could we get out to visit city once we arrive HK?

Hi, We plan to take the ferry to HK airport from Pazhou. Since our departure flight from HK will be late at night, could we get out the HK airport in the morning to visit the city and come back in the evening? Thanks.
