Hi What will my health & friendships be like in 2024?

I am 67 years old & am a Cancer Fire Monkey born in 1956.
I have had some issues with my health in the last few months of 2023.
Will my health improve in 2024?
What about new friendships?
Are there any on the horizon for me?
