I want to apply a petition in my two children they was born in China they was Chinese citizens

Hello, good day , I just want to ask that I want to bring my baby in my country Philippines , but they were born in China and they are Chinese nationals
But I was married in the Philippines after I come to China , now I want to bring them to my country what type of visas should I apply for them and what are the other requirements needed.
