Japanese with Permanent HKID, can visit Shenzhen one day without China Visa?

I am a Japanese citizen (with Japanese passport) and also having a Permanent Hong Kong ID (but I don't have 3 stars).
I stay usually in HK, but would like to visit Shenzhen (LoWu City) for fun for one day (morning in LoWu and late afternoon back to HK).
Do I need to apply any entry visa to China (Shenzen - LoWu City) for this one day visit?
If I need to apply for this China visa, can you inform how to apply? And the costs for this visa?
And whether this visa is one-time entry/exit only? Or, can use this visa for multiple times?
Many thanks.

Actually, you need a visa, but not a so called "full visa", but just 5 days Shenzhen visa on arrival. You can easily obtain it at visa office at Lo Wu (Luohu) border crossing, but have in mind that the visa office opening hours are: 9:00 - 16:30. Also, there is always a queue of other applicants, so you are advised to arrive shortly before the opening of visa office in order to obtain a visa. The price of this visa is 275 CNY and you will pay it by card only. This is just a single entry visa because there is no multiple entry visa on arrival. You can, however, repeat this procedure during a reasonable period of time, but not exactly in too short period.
