About:Visa on Arrival

Update Question

Hi, so I need to go to Xuzhou now as well as Shenzhen so will a business visa allow for me to fly up to Xuzhou and back to Shenzhen?

Of course... Since you have a business visa that is obtained in advance, you can freely travel between any mainland Chinese city, Shenzhen included. Your visa makes you feel free about all those formalities regarding Shenzhen visa on arrival. Shenzhen is in reality usual mainland Chinese city as far as those having visa obtained in advance.

The 5-day visa on arrival is only allowed you to stay in Shenzhen.

No, there is no such thing as business visa on arrival. On arrival you can obtain just usual, 5 day Shenzhen visa, but you can use those 5 days even for business purposes.
