About:Chengdu - Jiuzhaigou Train

Regarding updates on the Chengdu - Jiuzhaigou railway

Hello, I was wondering if there are any updates on the Chengdu - Jiuzhaigou railway. I'm planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou in April 2024 and I'm hopeful that the railway will be operational by then. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

According to the news, the Jiuzhai Huanglong Station may open in 2024 but there is no specific time. However, at present, you can take high speed train from Chengdu to Zhenjianggaun and then take a bus for 2 hours to Jiuzhaigou.

Hello, do you know how I can book the bus tickets? I've tried online but in alipay , wechat etc they need to chinese national id amd no passport option. Is there anyway to book this bus?

It is hard to book online for foreigners and you may buy it when getting on the bus.
