About:China Visa on Arrival

Xiamen VOA Depart Wu Tong port to Kinmen

Hi there,
Can I .
Arrive from HK to Xmn airport where I apply for my VOA. but wish to depart via the ferry to Kimmen then on to Taiwan mainland not returning to China. Is this possible? Thanks

Xiamen has no VOA but only 144-hour visa-free transit policy. If your transit times is over 24 hours and less than 144 hours, your scheme is possible.
