About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Arrive by cruise ship to shanghai for 2 days. Visa?

We arrive by cruise ship to Shanghai. We come from Japan and our journey goes to HongKong after Shanghai. We stay in Shanghai for 2 days.
Do we need a visa?
