VoA under 18

Im planning on travelling from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for the weekend and its possible for me to apply for a visa on arrival because I hold a Dutch passport. However, I am under 18 and travelling without my parents. Is there additional documents I need to apply for the visa or is it not possible for me to apply without parents?

Well, I think it doesn't matter. However, it is better to confirm it with the VOA office in advance.
