H.K Airport to Kowloon for a group of 4 in early December

Just wondering if the group ticket of 4 from Airport to Kowloon at the price of $250 HKD is still available when we travel in early December this year. if so, can we also buy the one way group ticket from Kowloon to Airport at the same place and same time.
