About:China Visa on Arrival

Can a Malaysian passport holder apply for VOA in Shenzhen and I have permanent resident HKID?

Previously before Covid, I am able to apply and granted China visa at the China Embassy. I am not sure after Covid (3 years), we are granted to apply for visa.

Some Malaysian passport holders have been rejected before. You may have a try but the result cannot be guaranteed. Your past Chinese visa may be helpful.
