Kunming Changshui International Airport to Kunming Railway Station

Hi, may I know how long it will take from Kunming Changshui International Airport to Kunming Railway Station via metro?
Any recommendation where to stay one night (family of 5) before heading to Dali the next day noon? Touch down at 1pm. Any place of interest to visit before heading to Dali? Thanks:)
