About:Overstaying in China & Penalty
After overstayed and applied exit permit the current double entry visa still valid?
Having double entry business visa, Overstayed by two days on first entry,and reported with police station and applied for exit permit from Entry-Exit bureau. So that double entry visa still valid for the second entry or automatically cancelled? Need a new visa if come again to china?
