About:Visa on Arrival

VOA at Shekou Shenzhen

Hi, I’m Indonesian.
Is it possible if I travel from Macau To Shekou, Shenzhen. Then I would like to apply VOA in ShenZhen?

I just stayed at ShenZhen for 3 days only.
