About:China Visa on Arrival

VOA

Can I after getting the 30 days VOA and after spending few days in Hainan fly to other mainland cities, eg Wuhan?

No, it is only allowed to stay in Hainan. If you want to visit other Chinese cities, you have to obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
