About:Shenzhen Travel

VOA from Baoan Airport

I hold a Thai passport.
There is an urgent matter and must go to see work in Shenzhen. (I couldn't apply for a Chinese visa in time)
Can I get a VOA visa from Shenzhen airport? Can I enter Shenzhen? (Book tickets for Bangkok, Shenzhen)
