Will VOA Shenzhen be closed during the China National Day holiday?
If VOA will be closed, when will VOA be available?

If I arrive at Hong Kong on 14-Oct. Can I go to Shenzhen via VOA on 15-Oct?
I will plan to travel at Shenzhen 2-3 days and go back to Hong Kong after that.

Yes, you can do that. But since you don't mention your citizenship, I'm not clear how high the success rate is.
